Unlike other bakers out there, I didn’t grow baking in the kitchen with mom or grandma, but I've always had a passion for baking and always dreamed of one day opening my own bakery. After attending Le Cordon Bleu it really opened my eyes to the world of baking and i'm hoping to share that with you. I believe what makes baking so exciting for me, is that there is always a new flavor to test out or a challenging decorating technique to play around with.

I am a Stay at Home mom of 4, and although it gets tough, I push myself to accomplish my goals. In the words of Maya Angelou "success is liking yourself,liking what you do, and liking how you do it". My goal is to encourage other home bakers to find their own joy in the kitchen, and see that baking from a box, or baking from scratch isn’t as intimidating as it may seem, so welcome to all things baking.
